- 2 / 5By Arlene ShawMost disappointed! Ordered turkey rueben and was served a corned beef rueben. Didn't take it back because had to wait so long in line. And this isn't first time rec'd order wrong. Food is good you just need ppl who know the dif between turkey and corned beef. I love corned beef but turkey is much better for you!
Today (2 days later) I stopped in to get my complimentary turkey rueben that mgr offered me when I called and told her what happened. They couldn't find my name in book like she said it would be. The employee seemed most frustrated! We had to wait while she called mgr. Meantime ppl behind us was most upset too!
